Take a moment and breathe
I just want to take a quick minute to thank you SO much for these classes, Jess. I REALLY look forward to them. Not only can i feel my (now plumper) body strengthening, but I have noticed that when I am stressed I have a hard time breathing deeply. Anyway, your class, the breathing and mostly YOU have helped me realize what that is and learn to take a moment and breathe. I REALLY appreciate it. Truly.
