Colleen's prenatal yoga Class is amazing! I started going around 21 weeks because I had horrible morning sickness up until that point and finally felt good enough to go. Colleen treats each session as a community bonding experience. We start with a little sharing about how we are feeling and I personally get a lot from this. There's plenty of repetition of postures for those who aren't familiar with doing yoga to feel confident in what you are doing but enough variation for the experienced yogis to not feel like it's routine.
