
I barely have any inflammation in my legs, and I’ve lost 7 pounds!
The shift came gradually, which is why it just feels like "me" now. I know when I’m hungry and want to eat, and when I’m just stressed – and I know what to do to un-stress.
Sometimes yeah I want something sweet so those recipes did help for the treats. And I don’t feel like I had need to eat the whole thing. If I do have a bad day, I don’t worry about it. It’s just pick yourself up, start again. Go back to Step 1 and listen.
My goal for Step 3 was about decreasing inflammation, increasing my metabolism, and losing weight.
I did have inflammation from the chemo. So any sugar I ate it early did not agree with me.
Now I feel so much better. I barely have any inflammation in my legs, and I’ve lost 7 pounds!
I am inspired by you and I appreciate having you in my life. I am looking forward to learning more routines as we continue on our Ma Journey.
