In this transformative healing training you will become familiar with alignment principles you can practice, teach, and live by.

These physical, emotional, spiritual and energetic shifts can be done both on the mat and off, and will help you:

  • relieve discomforts in poses like Chatturanga and Downdog, as well as sitting at your desk and sleeping
  • support healing for chronic pain and disease
  • address emotional/mental issues including anxiety and depression
  • find a balance of stability and freedom in your body, mind, and heart.

You’ll practice using these principles in regular yoga poses and sequences, as well as for pregnancy-related issues such as diastasis recti, pelvic instability, and infertility.

Become comfortable with hands-on adjustments to help students, clients and loved ones out of pain in the back, shoulder, wrist, neck, and knee.

Please bring your aches and pains!

They are often our greatest gurus, teaching us how to align with our greatest potential.

The Ma Yoga alignment principles, or “Five Sacred Steps”, are the foundation for alignment-based yoga and will be an invaluable tool in your toolbag for life.
