Even if you don’t intend to teach, enjoy a deep dive into birth as guru and reconnect to your feminine wisdom, power, and nurturing energy.

We’ll explore prenatal and postpartum poses, sequences, alignment and themes to address the physiological and psychological changes of each stage of the journey to motherhood and beyond.

Enjoy the benevolent chaos of Mom + Baby, receive 10 Preschool Yoga sequences and learn how to start and grow your own “Mama Circle.”

Each participant will recieve a 50-page Prenatal Yoga manual, plus evergreen access to all training materials in the Ma Yoga Living Room.

Please see www.PrenatalTeacherTraining.com for deets on this weekend training, as well as the full Ma Yoga®/Yoga Alliance 85-hr RPYT Certification.

Overview of the Yoga of Pregnancy Weekend

Friday evening, you’ll enjoy a welcome circle and general Q&A, and experience a prenatal yoga practice for yourself with the why’s and how’s throughout.

Travel Through The Trimesters

On Saturday, you’ll delve into the five Ma Yoga therapeutic alignment principles (the “Five Sacred Steps”) and learn which ones to emphasize for each trimester and why. You’ll practice variations of poses to accommodate the physical changes that occur during pregnancy and labor, as well as sequences and adjustments. And we’ll dive into labor with some videos and a talk with a doula.

Become a Confident, Effective and Safe Teacher

On Sunday, you’ll get experience weaving themes that inspire throughout your teaching, explore the pro’s and con’s of different Prenatal Yoga careers, and discover how to handle the benevolent chaos of Mom + Baby.

Meet your Teacher Trainer, Jessica Jennings

What a wonderful experience and in two plus days my perspective has really shifted. I came in simply to learn to be a better teacher to my pregnant students and left with a new appreciation for the birth process and for life in general. I now see the beauty in both pregnancy and giving birth.
