But anytime works.
If the day gets nutty and you haven’t meditated by the time you get into bed, no worries – sit on the edge of your pillow, close your eyes, and meditate to get ready for sleep.
And remember… tomorrow’s always another day, full of possibility to step into your most powerful, wise, and nurturing “Ma” Self.
